Yellow Bird Bird Paper Greetings takes the utmost pride in offering you great products we strive for you to be satisfied with your purchase.
As such we will happily offer a web site credit or exchange within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or cash back. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a web site credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a web site credit or exchange your item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition.
You can contact us at info@yellowbirdgreetings.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please note we do not accept returns without an Return Authorization Number. Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice with the return merchandise with the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the invoice.

All shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
